Directions:

Fr Tres Piedras (Jct Hwys 285 and 64) drive 0.8 mi W on Hwy 64. Just past Carson NF Ranger Station, turn R at silver water tower onto dirt road for ~0.3 mi to fence/locked gate. Park. Hike N briefly to South Rock. Seven clustered formations at Tres Piedras include: South Rock, Mosaic Rock, Middle Rock, North Rock, and West Rocks.

Notes:

Small, easily accessible granite outcrops amongst the pines. Some nice, one-pitch routes on different formations. Tectonics 5.11c is an area classic. Landowner requests: (partially on private land): NO fires, chalk, soliciting, and please close gates. Also, must sign a waiver thru Los Alamos Mountaineers.
